The pandemic in 1968 killed 100,000 Americans (that is more than have died so far) and at least a million world wide (just over 250K dead world wide so far).
That one was ignored unless you or a family member was sick. I was in high school and I’d never heard of it.
This pandemic has a huge main stream media coverage and that publicity has caused the closures. The closures are killing the economy & that is really bad for Trump.
This is his happening on his watch.
Why does this not surprise. We have been saying this for the past 3 plus weeks on other sites. Most sane people realize Trump did not cause this economic condition. With him, we are better off going forward than any Rat. Further, the judges that Trump nominates will actually apply real law, not the “how I feel” law. This household plans on voting for him again.
I work not too far from the Texans football stadium in Houston. today was the 3rd Saturday in a row they have had lines of cars for the Houston food bank handing out food there; two observations:
1 – we are in a depression. there are food banks all over the country, that is the same thing as bread lines and that will continue and society will decline and they are going to pin it all on trump and ride that into turning the country into a scoialist/communist country in 2021 which may not have been planned with the virus but will be taken advantage of.
2- how pathetic is this country that after 11 years of economic growth, people and businesses did not save enough to make it two months without handouts.
the founders would throw up if they saw the usa of 2020
This is just another attack on Trump in another manner. This time it is hurting everyone but the elites and the Deep State, as the elites and the Deep State are the ones that do not want Trump. This may lead to CW2 or the break up of the country if the Deep State is not broken.
AOC blocked Amazon in New York since prosperity is the enemy of the Corruptocrats. The poor, dependent, hopeless are the base of the Left.
The virus turnede out to be relatively mild to most people but it was a great opportunityy to destroy prosperity. A dependent, poor, hopeless population is ground zero for the Corruptocrats and their socialist friends. Detroit on a national scale.
