A similar analysis for Sparticus. He had $100M donated to Newarks schools. Chump change made it to the classrooms. They made Sparticus a senator to say say thank you for all that school cash that he distributed.
“Failure” is in the eye of the viewer and in Newark classrooms. Maybe the Federal indictments in Puerto Rice, Saint Louis, and Chicago will damp that down a bit.
