actually no Bernie, they do not. every time in history when taxes are raised enough, people just avoid them, especially the rich who can just wait it out for a better opportunity and revenue to govt declines.
Bernie can see it right now where people are leaving CA and NY and moving themselves and in many cases their business to low tax states.
