It’s the Target Center in Mpls. If the powers that be don’t go after the perps with the an iron fist then this crap is going to multiply till the normally laid back Viking ancestors go medieval on their asses. It will not be pretty. I thought tossing the 4 year old off the upper deck of the Mall of America was the straw. This might be it.
