WCIA reports the Illinois State Board of Elections acknowledged that out of 574 non-U.S. citizens who were inadvertently registered to vote in Illinois, an unknown number of them may have voted illegally in the 2018 election.
“We do know that some of them voted” in the 2018 election, spokesman Matt Dietrich said in a phone call on Monday afternoon.
“For whatever reason that technological programming error did not properly remove the individuals,” Secretary of State spokesman Henry Haupt explained. “The individuals who are applying for driver’s license were inadvertently pooled into the automatic voter registration.” here….
Yeah right…..inadvertently. I’m thinking feature, not bug.
The talking hairdo’s on cable and network news were all abuzz over the “first” woman to be named a major party Presidential nominee. Personally I could care less about the sex of a President and I knew a female President was inevitable at some point in America. What I do care about is the character of the person applying for the position. If this was a private sector job opening for CEO of America I would assume neither Trump nor Hillary would be hired, Obama would have been turned away for having zero experience at anything other than stirring up trouble around the water cooler.
You see character does mean something when profits are on the line, you can’t have a side job with your spouse doing shady deals with company clients and transferring profits to your personal checking account while at the same time putting the company books/bids/prices on a home server making it vulnerable for anyone interested in gaining access. You also can’t come into your interview for the position and insult the janitor and the IT guy on your way in, people don’t like that shit.
Since this a a government gig all rules are out the window. Hillary locked up the nomination with a system set up to “temper the rage of the masses”, meaning the party knows best the hell with what the voters think, it’s Hillary’s turn. This was decided years ago when Obama appointed her Secretary of State, he tossed her a bone with the understanding that she’s on deck when he’s out of office. Why do you think no one else ran against her other than a 70 something communist? I think the party bosses got together to decide which person they could run against her with zero chance of winning and voilà, say hello to Bernie. And to show how unpalatable a candidate Hillary is, old Bernie gave her a run….astonishing in oh so many ways but I digress.
Hillary, like Obama, would be an absolute train wreck as a President. It has nothing to do with her being female, it has everything to do with her being a vile individual. I know you can’t believe anything you read on the internet but if half of the things about this woman are true she should have been in prison years ago.
I don’t mind having a female President much like I could care less about a black President, but like Obama, there is nothing historic about being the “first” woman President if (A) the nomination was rigged and (B) it was rigged to nominate a corrupt, unethical, lying liar to be the “first”. You could be the “first” to snort cocaine and Fruit Loops but that doesn’t make it historic, just stupid. Obama was elected because he was a “first” and he has proven to be what we thought he was, Hillary will be the same.
There is nothing historic about Hillary becoming the “first” female nominee and potential POTUS, as a matter of fact, a generation from now history will prove that both “firsts” turned out to be the an undeniable disaster. Obama is well on his way to be named the “worst” President ever, if Hillary is elected, Obama may well drop back to the second.
Cruz is a bastard, of that I have no doubt. But he’s our bastard. He fights the fights I want fought. Has he won many of these fights? No. Does that matter to me? No. He’s a single freshman Senator swimming against the tide of his party. How exactly was he supposed to win? What he has spent his time in the Senate doing is preparing the battlefield. Tough talk, snarky tweets, and mocking is all we have gotten so far out of Trump. If he is really that dedicated to the tough guy stance, then he should walk away from Thursdays final debate. Megyn Kelly did attack him in the first debate and they have been prodding each other ever since.
If Trump actually walks, it would show people he means what he says in a very substantial way, plus he sucks at debates, it would only help him if he didn’t show up.
Megyn has been the darling of talk shows and magazines before and after the first debate, her Vanity Fair spot read more like liberal lesbian love letter than a chick mag cover story.
Her occasional, yet highly entertaining, bucking of the conservative party line has attracted more independent-minded viewers and has even earned praise from liberals such as Chris Matthews, Joy Behar, and Gayle King. As of late, passersby have been calling out versions of “It’s not too late to come to the other side!” Still, some media types warn against getting too excited over Kelly. As Bill Maher put it, “We think of Megyn Kelly as the sane one over there at Fox News. It’s just because she’s surrounded by Hannity and Bill O’Reilly. She’s like the blonde dragon girl on Game of Thrones. Everyone else is a zombie or a dwarf or fucking their sister, so she looks normal.”
Jessica Yellin, a former chief White House correspondent for CNN, says, “She defies all the pigeonholing that usually happens to women on TV. She’s smart, strong, sexy, fierce, sympathetic all at once.”
Veteran newswoman Katie Couric praises her dogged interviewing skills, crucial when interrogating dodging politicians. “She takes no prisoners and takes no BS,” says Couric. “And I’ve noticed that she’s a really good listener. Sometimes the tendency is to go down a laundry list of questions and to not say, ‘Wait a minute.’ It requires you to think on your feet and to take the conversation in a totally different direction.”
Don’t get the wrong idea here, I like Megyn Kelly, very much so. But I also think she did Trump an injustice in the first debate, and Trump acknowledged the slight, a number of times. Now he is threatening a boycott of the debate…………well…………do it.
If I am to believe you will do what you say if elected POTUS, then knock off the social media red lines and don’t show up.
Do that Mr. Trump, and I will take another look at you for my vote, do it not, and your just another tough talking politician who doesn’t follow through with anything they say, we already have plenty of that in Washington.

Well, Ailes has news for Trump. If it comes down to a choice between Trump or Kelly, he’ll pick Kelly.

Sen. Marco Rubio says people who immigrated to the U.S. illegally but haven’t committed any major crimes could be allowed to stay.
In an interview airing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” the Florida contender for the Republican presidential nomination said felons shouldn’t be allowed to stay, but those who commit lesser crimes could still qualify. The Cloud People are already trying their damnedest to import as many brown people into fly over country as they possibly can before a new administration stops them. Electing Rubio keeps the gates open and the Cloud People in control. I caught some of Fox News Bill O’Reilly and Charles Krauthammer discussing why they think Americans are angry. I was amused at the spectacle. (FYI I like Charles, I put up with O’Reilly, the only reason I watch Fox is too keep up on what right leaning power brokers are thinking. Roger Ailes runs in circles that are in the know about what is really gong on in Washington, whether or not he shares that information with the peasants is up for debate, but even accidentally some truth comes out about whats happening in the world of politics), but I digress.
The talking heads have some idea about what these politicians are thinking, and to ponder why Americans are angry speaks to the fact the politicians don’t understand why were pissed or they don’t care that we are. How can they be so clueless? Let me give them a hint, everything that supposed conservatives promised in their campaigns were lies, they were elected/re-elected on promises made, by ignoring those promises and handing Democrats whatever they wanted has infuriated conservatives. If our elected officials won’t do what they were elected to do what voice do we have?
They wanted a majority in congress, we gave it to them, still nothing. They wanted a majority in the senate, we gave it to them, still nothing. They said if they had the super majority they could undo all of the failed policies of Obama…..what did we get for our efforts……more Obama agendas. Krauthammer says he does not see a gnashing of the teeth or a revolutionary movement in the populace at large, but he does not understand the conservative mind.
We don’t do “occupy” whatever, we don’t protest at every injustice done to us, we don’t attack police or take over campaign speeches. We vote. And when our votes are successful yet nothing happens, we will vote again, and this time because we are so fucking pissed off we will vote for anyone other than your establishment candidate. Come on down Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, or Carly. We want people who will do what they say, Cruz does, Carly has, Trump might, but it’s better than the current batch who don’t.
It’s that simple Bill and Charles, we are angry, freakin’ stomping pissed off angry not bewildered like Charles said, but were not gonna to start burning cars. Were gonna hit them where it hurts, and that for now is the most anti-establishment candidate we can come up with. And don’t compare real conservatives with the “occupy” or “Black Lives Matter” crowd, they are NOTHING like us. When you figure that out, maybe you won’t waste so much airtime on a subject you should have figured out by now.
