STOLEN wheelchairs, just like the STOLEN bicycles, Home Depot orange materials cart, etc. As Ripley said “Nuke the place from orbit…justvto be sure.”
It’s how you get that disability check.
This is what winter is for; natural selection. They should deny all these people shelter in January and February. Force them to head south. Come spring, they can scoop the bodies out of the slush banks.
another way to go is to STOP with the Narcan.
let them OD themselves. or at least come up with a mark for each time someone “saves” their ass.
like a mark on the forehead to show that , hey I used up my 3 chances to get clean, so let me die
kind of thing. in time, the problem will sort itself out. may sound cold, but are we really helping
