After the fall of the USSR, the Russian people were is deep shit. Poverty, food shortages, low availability of heating fuel…it was a literal basketcase.
It was also the perfect opportunity for our country to forge a long lasting alliance with a white, christian country using a Marshall Plan v2.0.
