Obama Regime Removes Law That Forces Transparency – Time For A Real Change
WASHINGTON — The White House is removing a federal regulation that subjects its Office of Administration to the Freedom of Information Act, making official a policy under Presidents Bush and Obama to reject requests for records to that office.
The White House said the cleanup of FOIA regulations is consistent with court rulings that hold that the office is not subject to the transparency law.
No, you don’t get to decide. It may be time to use the power of the people and make our own change. Obviously Washington does not understand.
“All power is originally vested in, and consequently derived from, the people. That government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people; which consists in the enjoyment of life and liberty and the right of acquiring property, and generally of pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety. That the people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change their government whenever it be found adverse or inadequate to the purpose of its institution.”— James Madison

Wow that makes his administration as open and transparent as a sheet of lead. Is there no one in congress that will actually even call him out about this? I know the answer to my question, no one will; just as no one will even suggest impeachment.
Exile – They certainly filed impeachment proceedings against Clinton for much less. Obviously nobody wants to go after Obama because he is black. The cries of racism would be too much for the wimps on the GOP side, and Boehner might as well change parties, he seems to do more for dems than for Republicans.
