Yeah OK, lets attack another shit hole of a country. It has worked so well in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yes “somebody” used chemical weapons, but lets hold off on the knee jerk reaction until we know for sure who did it.

I fear Obama, Kerry & Hagel are going to fall into the Bush/Iraq trap.
You know the one where Dubya took mucho heat for using the WMD’s as an excuse to go after Saddam.
These so called educated and urbane folks are making it personal with Assad.
It’s not the chemical weapons or even the 100,000 civilian deaths.
These pompous egotists could care less about 100,00 tent living, unwashed Arabs getting blown into pink mist.
It’s all about scoring points with the sob-sister Western politicians and poking a stick in the eye of Assad and Putin.
Toejam – I still contend it’s bullshit. Until we know for a fact, (I think Saddams WMD’s are actually in Syria), who did it. Don’t do anything. If it bears out that Assad did do this, let France deal with it, they seem to be all pissed off about it.
And yes, I am saddened at the killing of innocent children, makes my heart hurt.
