The only time Ted Kennedy had anything correct was on that Harvard Spanish test in 1951, and that wasn’t even him, that was the kid he hired to take the test for him.
He almost got something right in 1980 when he declared for the Democratic Primary to get rid of Carter, but he managed to fuck that up too.
This is absolutely correct in every sense. It is acceptable to acknowledge your heritage, yet it is not what you be loyal to. You are either loyal to one country and one people when you move to another country, or you are a hostile entity and by the sovereign right of that country, you should rightfully be removed permanently and never return. There should never be anything called a dual-citizen – they have split loyalties and are therefore only loyal to what suits them at a particular time.
There is no gray area. Period.
