  1. It is not just Maricopa, but the whole country. We need to go to the following:
    1. Voter ID
    2. Paper Ballots
    3. Only a National Voting Day for primaries and on final voting
    4. Only absentee voting for military and people in hospitals or traveling.
    5. Ballots must be uniform with sequenced numbers and specific places to mark with black ink
    6. Counting for states will be done by end of midnight. If not there will be mandatory hand counts and recounts.
    7. All Ballots will be saved for mandatory 24 months
    8. Six months prior to next election all voter roles will be purged for people dead, no longer living in the state, or change of address in the state. If the change of address is still in the state the state should notify the person that this change may affect who they vote for.

  2. Add serial numbers to the ballots. We serialize cars, currency, guns, etc., but none of those is more dangerous than a stolen election.
