When blue states defund the police, require mandates, and run off the best the departments had to retirement or a free state you will end up with compliant officers willing to do the lefts bidding and psychopaths. Both apply in this case.

I’m not sure of what I saw – no context. Was the flagpole being used as a weapon? I respect our flag but not to the point it will divert my attention away from a serious situation.
She’d taken it away from the man who was holding it. There was no reason for her to throw it to the ground and then step on it. Well, aside from her apparent desire to display her disrespect, so no GOOD reason.
