I suspect that they thoroughly enjoyed every single minute of their inquisitions er um I mean totally fair and unbiased hearings. Probably almost as much as almost Associate Justice Robert Bork did.
I certainly hope that they remember every single moment and keep that treatment in mind every time they are on the bubble in their decisions.
if i were chief justice instead of the pathetic chief we got, i’d have PA, GA, MI, AZ and NV vote again. all in person have to have an ID and any mail ins by those not physically able to go to a poll are certified by a dem and gop witness.
sure that’ll take a month but its for the most important job in the world, WHY THE HELL NOT !
I have no doubt the swamp wants Thomas to recuse himself. They’d like ALL of the conservative justices to recuse themselve. It’s just ONE tiny fac in their overall strategy to steal the election. Odds are this won’t make it to the SCOTUS…..it might but not likely. This will be decided at the District and Appellate level. And since the left owns MOST judges at that level Trump’s chances of winning are somewhere between slim and none. As an example. The GOP in Nevada filed a lawsuit to have the thousands of defective ballots in that state tossed. The District Court Judge Andrew Gordon…..a San FagFreakShow native and Obama appointee….summarily dismissed the case. Expect THAT to be the norm.
do you know why the 9th circuit is the go to for the left, because its a packed court. it essentially has 50 judges and has rotations and all sorts of crap to make it worthless and is the most overturned and number 2 is not even close. thats why they want to pack the supremes, to get the same dysfunctional court at the highest level. we are witnessing the beginning of the end for the usa, who knows if that road is years or decades long. anyone thinking it’ll reverse course are kidding themselves.
