  1. Agreed. If you don’t want people telling you what you can own, how to run your business or live your life, then stop telling others how to run their lives too.

  2. Wrong. Somebody is gonna tell somebody how to live. America is a free country but that don’t mean a Free-for-all.

  3. Some people just gotta control. For example when most folks hear something on the radio that they dislike will move on but there’s that bunch that will start the boycott or pester the government. Someone always has to pee in the punch, it’s human nature. The problem is when these people get the power.

Right now “these people” have our federal law enforcement and intelligence institutions, our schools, our media, our bureaucracies and are directing a woke culture against us.

How’s this going to play out?

  4. When there is no legal status to marriage, and thus my taxes don’t get spent supporting it (no marriage courts, no spousal immunity in court, no SS survivor benefits, no legal benefits AT ALL), *then* gays can call their childless relationships “marriages”.

Marriage exists to ensure that men have equal parental status with women. Absent marriage, we have no way of knowing, and no reason to believe, that we have children. *Motherhood* is naturally obvious, while *fatherhood* isn’t, and a man with no children has no personal stake in the future beyond his own lifetime, and thus no reason to help support his own society. “Gay marriage” is a travesty because it turns the foundation of civilization into welfare for fuck-buddies.

And yes, childless normals shouldn’t get legal recognition for their love-lives either. A marriage is not consummated, its function has not been fulfilled, until the wife bears her husband a child.
