There are a several options here:
1. It’s not a true story; either he’s repeating a false rumor or creating one for his own agenda.
2. It is a true story. In which case, either:
a. The false positive rate for the test is ridiculous and the test is worthless.
b. The lab(s) are falsifying the results for their own or a directed agenda.
c. The tests were accurate and the “clean” swabs were infected at source.
That last one has significant implications….
