Indeed “Zu Befehl” moment. Ossifer Chubs appeared frisky if not “lacking an appropriate level of restraint” in putting on the handcuffs.

I understand that this video was edited to the point that what we’re seeing is not even close to the way it went down. Apparently the LEOs were egged on by the woman until they cuffed her; she was looking to make a splash. Very deceptive and not helpful.
