Remember When California Passed Smoking Ban?
It’s been 25 years since California became the first state to ban smoking in bars and other public places and then other states jumped on the bandwagon, real trend setters, unfortunately…..

THe law fines the WATER AGENCIES.
Not the PEOPLE!

And where do you think the “water agencies” get the money to pay these fines? No, it’s a cost passed on to the customer. Companies — whether public or private — do not pay penalties and fines, their customers do. This law will result in a higher water bill for everyone, potentially MUCH higher. The people who will suffer most are those closest to the poverty line, as is always the case under Democrat rule.
Now, if California would aid in the deportation of just half of their illegals, that would free up huge water supplies, increase the availability of low cost housing, reduce gas and electric usage, traffic, generation of trash. It would be astronomical he effect on the citizens of California.
Save the snail darter! Deport the illegals!
As the “homeless population” increases and the hard-working , decent residents move out of the California Democrat Hellhole the need for showers and water in general will decrease.
“We’ve got to pass all these new laws so you can be freeee!”
If the majority of the people voted for them I guess that is what they want.
