The Rats seem to be ok with sanctuary cities when breaking the law but not when counties are doing similar. Laws for me but not for thee. The Rats and the media would mess their pants if the DOJ ordered the mayors of the cities to be arrested due to breaking federal immigration laws.
Null and void is just part of the issue. Under the
law, no judge or jury is obliged to enforce an
unconstitutional law. In Washington state and
Virginia, many chiefs of police and county
sheriffs are setting up 2A sanctuaries or simply
refusing to comply with red flag laws or gun
confiscations.
