Where Is RBG?
I’m not quite sure what’s going on, how can a Supreme Court Justice disappear with no photo’s or interviews for two months?
If you remember Republicans refused to let Obama have his SCOTUS pick because it was an election year, if Ginsburg is in fact debilitated and can’t function as a justice, Trump needs to know and get a replacement named and hearings started immediately. If it goes into next year I can see Democrats doing what the Republicans did in 2015.
This seems like kind of a big deal, not so much “if” Trump wins in 2020…..but if he doesn’t. The Supreme Court may be conservatives last hope if the radical left take control of all three branches, which I think is very possible due to the rampant and obvious voter fraud in the mid-terms last year. It will only be worse in 2020.

We thought getting Roberts on the court as Chief Justice was a good thing for conservatism…and he’s turned out to be as bad or worse than morons like Sotomayor. And while we got Kavanaugh appointed there is STILL the very real question of just how true to the Constitution HE will be. Trump is not NEARLY as conservative as most believe him to be.
voter fraud? really? how about conservatives we elect actually doing what they promise for a change?
Politicians always make grandiose promises to get voted in, but rarely deliver after they secure the lucrative and prestigious government office. That’s why I’m ditching my voter registration card right after voting for Trump in 2020. Fool me once, my fault. Fool me twice and I walk away.
The Democrats are only in charge of the House, the Senate is where the real action goes on with regards to the confirmation of a SCOTUS Justice. So if Trump appoints a Judge to be a Justice, the House can cry all they want, but it is the Senate who give advice and consent to confirm the candidate. But I myself wonder how she can vote on issues if she is not physically present at the court.
How was rhere a 5-4 decision last week, if rgb is MIA? (where Roberts gave the deciding vote to the Liberals on an abortion law) Did she email in her vote?
