When you spend most of your teenage years and early 20’s drunk it catches up with you.
The false accusation of a crime should hold the same punishment.
So should rape or adult-on-child, if the adult is a female.
But we all know that’s not going to happen. It’s the Lizzie Bordon defense all over again. (Nice girls don’t do that…)
Heck, start prosecuting hate crimes across the board, and see how quickly a segment of the population shouts for ‘Hate Crime’ laws to be shut down.
And, yeah, some ugly broads… Definitely a 2 at 10 situation.

While we are at it: There ae many convictions that result from prosecutors misbehaving for the sake of running up a score. When they are caught at it, they should stand trial, and whatever the penalty was for the crime they charged the other guy with, that’s what they serve.
