Reform the welfare state and you reform the culture, possibly into one where residents on the South Side see the need to pull their pants up and get jobs rather than devoting themselves to gang activities. here…..

UN peace keepers aka Muslims, stop all welfare, people will have to learn to work the fields, crops, use their hands and pure simple labor to make a living once again. Take away the freebee’s phone, medical, housing and have people earn these items. tax payers should not have to see their hard earn money just given away because democrats feel the need to squander money on useless or lazy people.
Until we as a nation, and world, face the real problem and stop screaming, RACIST! every time some points out the truth. This will never end. THE TRUTH: Africans behave this way every where on earth that they gather in numbers. Europe. Africa. Asia. EVERYWHERE that allows African populations to form, develops EXACTLY the same problems. Rampant rape, murder, theft, drug abuse, low IQ, promiscuity ,and the total inability to develop a basic socioeconomic culture more advanced than the iron age. They Are All GENETIC. We cannot “fix” the African, because the African is not broken. Europeans did not “do” anything to cause this. We cannot “do” anything to “fix” this ether. We can ether send the African back to Africa. Wipe them from the earth. Or learn to live with the mayhem. Everything else has been tried, and failed, because they ARE NOT us. They cannot and do not want to be. We can never “fix” this, and maybe it is time to stop trying.
