Just goes to show you the left will use anyone with some popularity regardless of their background. That’s why people like Amy Schumer, Katie Perry, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Madonna are used as useful idiots for the Cult.
Shallow people that watch Ellen and The View believe these celebrities are somehow qualified when in reality their only skill is acting like someone they’re not….like a real scientist.

My understanding is that Nye is a Mechanical Engineer. Mechanical Engineering is one of the tougher branches of Engineering and he would have had to have a decent head on his shoulders to make it into the field. That makes his fall all the more sad. Frankly, the man has abandoned science for emotion and has simply become an SJW.
It isn’t the Left using someone’s popularity.
It’s using someone who is willing to “sell” their credibility.
