Do illegals have the same moral code as normal Americans?

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Police say a Utah man was arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty after he tossed his girlfriend’s puppy from their third-floor apartment, killing it.

Authorities say the couple was fighting in a Taylorsville apartment early Wednesday morning, and the woman decided to leave.

Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal says she was on the ground floor when her boyfriend, 20-year-old Juan Anzastiga, threw the Yorkshire puppy.

The first involves the murder of a contestant from the reality show “America’s Next Top Model.” Mirjana Puhar, 19, was one of three people found dead in a drug-related killing in Charlotte, North Carolina last week.

Police arrested 19-year-old Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez for the crime. There are reports that Rangel, who was a known gang member, may also be a “DREAMer” who was allowed to stay in the U.S. under the Obama administration’s immigration policies.
