What If?
Just spit balling here but like everybody else I’m trying to understand why all of these states have decided to go all in on full term abortion, well I have a theory.
Just like the coordinated talking points on CNNABCCBSMSNBC, liberals coordinate on everything so they can give the appearance that a majority of the country believe as they do.
What religion is the most adamant against abortion? I assume it’s Catholics although most Christian religions oppose it.Â
Dianne Feinstein admonished Amy Coney Barrett for her religious beliefs during her confirmation hearings in 2017.
The Democrat senator from California, Dianne Feinstein, attacked Barrett, a Catholic law professor at Notre Dame, with the accusation that she is essentially unfit for service as a federal judge because of her deeply held religious beliefs. “You are controversial,” Feinstein declared. “You have a long history of believing that your religious beliefs should prevail.” The Senator then added what has already become one of the most incendiary and widely repeated comments in recent memory: “When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you,” Feinstein said. “And that’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for years in this country.”  here….
What if this is a preliminary strike against Amy Coney Barrett? Why you ask?
Imagine that Ruth Bader Ginsburgs health is worse than they are letting on and she is not long for this planet. Amy Coney Barrett is next in line for Trumps SCOTUS pick, there are only so many things that the liberal Senators can attack her on. They can’t have a fake rape allegation, she’s a female, her history has been vetted in previous confirmations, so what on earth can they go after her on?
Abortion
I believe this is all coordinated as an argument to hammer Amy Coney Barrett during confirmation hearings for the Supreme Court. If they can make it seem that Barretts Catholic faith will be a detriment to her serving as a Justice and if they can convince the Senate that her only goal is overturning Roe vs. Wade, they may be successful in keeping her off the court.Â
What good would that do you say, Trump will just send up another pick? The more time that passes the closer they get to 2020, stop her confirmation, Trump will be well into 2020 before another pick could be vetted, thus keeping Trump from another SCOTUS pick if he doesn’t get a second term.
I may be crazy, but it kinda makes sense.
The Other Half
A Very Bright & Clear Line
This makes the Second Amendment a very bright and clear line, the crossing of which will surely mark the beginning of a new civil war. Make no mistake: no matter what excuses may be offered, when the government comes for the guns, they have declared war on the America people. Once widespread gun confiscation begins, politicians, law enforcement officials, and even news and entertainment personalities supporting the disarmament of Americans will be seen and targeted as legitimate domestic enemies. I got quite a response from my “Crumblin’ Walls” post.
Let me try and clarify.
I believe that the democrats are playing the long game here, if they can get to the 2020 election cycle which begins in earnest this time next year, POTUS will be asked by the GOP to tone down the rhetoric and not jeopardize a strong defense of red state senators. As of now, there will be 22 Republican Senate seats on the line, while Democrats will only need to protect 12 seats. Trump himself will be campaigning and having to answer questions about the unfulfilled campaign promise of the wall.
Democrats wanted the government opened, they were given three weeks. that’s mid February. Let’s assume congress is not going to play ball and Trump declares National Emergency, left wing Obama judges file injunctions which turns into a six month legal battle, that’s July, the fight goes to the Supreme Court.
For context of timing, Trump announced the military transgender ban August 2017, SCOTUS ruled in favor of the Trump Administration January 22, 2019…18 months. That’s June 2020 on the “National Emergency” decision if it runs the same time line.
And we haven’t even talked about Mueller investigation, if the democrats think there is anything to the investigation delaying anything POTUS does falls right into their hands.
President Trump is getting played and his hands are tied. I understand why he did what he did, but it is none the less capitulating to those scum bag dems.
This should have happened a year ago when he had the majority, but things got………delayed.
My worry is losing his base, he’s my guy but I lean WAY right, it’s the center right that has me concerned for 2020.
And The Walls, Come Crumblin’ Down
What a wasted effort.
POTUS caved and ended shutdown with supposed “double secret promise” from democrats that if he ends shutdown, they will give him what he wants. This is a lie, (see Reagan Amnesty).
Democrats will force him to go national emergency route after three weeks, tie up the declaration in the courts for however long they can…..BOOM….2020 election cycle, GOP will want Trump to stop rocking the boat telling him he will lose seats in house and senate, Trump backs off.
Democrats succeed in the delay tactic and Trump loses because, no wall, no healthcare, no base.
Checkmate.
