Clinton certifies to judge she has turned over work-related emails

So Hillary “certifies” she handed over all emails. You know she didn’t, you know her staff didn’t, you know her friends didn’t, and you know her crony perps from her days as SOS didn’t. So she lies without worry of repercussion just like she did about a youtube video.

But why did she feel she could get away with it? Well, maybe it’s because that is how it’s done in DC. See what ALL of the senate and congress did to avoid Obamacare for their staffs and families.

Both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives certified that they had only 45 employees each in order to sign up for the District of Columbia’s Small Business Exchange. But 12,359 – or 86 percent of the exchange’s enrollees – are members of Congress, congressional staff members, and their spouses and dependents. Here…

Congress enrolled in the small business exchange when its previous coverage under the Federal Employee Health Benefits plan was terminated by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and congressional employees stood to lose thousands of dollars in “employer contributions” if they enrolled in the District’s individual exchange.

Judicial Watch filed the lawsuit last October on behalf of Kirby Vining, a D.C. resident since 1986, who objected to the expenditure of municipal funds to insure congressional employees in an exchange that was established specifically for small employers in the District.

“Congress authored the law [ACA], and is going to rather questionable lengths to avoid compliance with the law it drafted,” Vining said.

Well, there is your answer to Hillary, lying is what politicians do….period. But remember, you and I have to have some form of health insurance, and prove it, or be fined or jailed, but not the ruling elite and their families and staff. Time to build the gallows if you ask me.

This should be obvious to everyone, the view from the top is not a lonely place for the special little snowflakes, it’s the only thing they know.

The first thing to understand about this emerging ruling elite is they are nothing like normal people. Most grew up in upper middle-class homes, went to private schools and finished up in elite universities. These are folks who lived in a parallel America. They drove the same streets and ingested the same popular culture, but did so from an entirely alien perspective.

It’s tempting to think of this new elite as just an Apple version of the old elites, but that’s a mistake. Consider the media. In the industrial age, news reporters and columnists were jobs filled by men of the working classes who had high literacy. They lived in the same neighborhoods as their readers. Their kids played with the plumber’s kids. Many served in the same roles in the military as their readers. Today, the typical media person is a graduate of an elite school and only knows the sons of toil as servants. Here….

The middle class funds their government and the newly minted immigrant citizens clean their bathrooms, mow their lawns, and vote their friends into office. An endless recycling of the ruling elite.

Third, government activities fail to create value because the funding comes from a compulsory source: taxes. Unlike in markets, bad government decisions are not punished and failed policies are not weeded out because the funding is not contingent on performance. Low-value programs can live on forever, and they block the reallocation of resources to better uses.
