Obama Plans To Make 20 Million Illegals Legal With Executive Order

Obama Plans To Make 20 Million Illegals Legal With Executive Order

If Obama does this, it may be the act that gets him impeached. You can’t make 20 million illegal aliens American citizens with the stroke of a pen. It’s one thing to mess around with his screwed up healthcare law, that was a wreck to begin with and the ONLY way to try and patch it was EO’s. But this would be unprecedented and the average American will finally wake the hell up and start screaming for heads to roll, his in particular.

Two immigration reform advocates who have spoken personally with the president in recent days tell me they came away convinced he knows he will have to resort to executive action by summer if Republicans do nothing.

“The president made it clear that three months from now, if there is no legislative action, he will do more using executive authority,” says Lorella Praelli, the director of advocacy and policy for United We Dream, who was in a recent meeting between advocates and President Obama. “That was the message that we got in different ways.”

Why Bother

Why Bother

It makes zero sense to even have a border patrol if these policies continue. You pick up an illegal immigrant, process them, house and feed them, then let them go free with papers to travel anywhere in the U.S.
OK now I get why so many people are crossing. There is no reason to worry once you make it.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Border Patrol recently confirmed such anecdotal evidence to be part of a larger strategy to focus resources away from individuals “posing no threat to national security.”

“In an effort to maximize resources and focus on the uptick in apprehensions, RGV Border Patrol Sector has begun implementing several steps,” a Border Patrol statement read. “These efforts include, transporting detainees to other sectors within the South Texas Campaign AOR, temporary reassignment of agents from other sectors into RGV and temporarily issuing a notice to appear for immigration hearings to family units posing no threat to national security.”

“While ICE is only releasing individuals it deems to be non-threats to national security, most of them will abscond and never show up for their immigration hearings,” Longmire said. “Immigration reform means different things to different people, but the inconsistency in how these band-aid policies are being applied is incredibly frustrating for people who want to see real change–and improvement–in one direction or another.” read moretumblr_n0bgqiMxA81siudeoo1_500

Spoiled Liberal Brats Grill Reagan In 1967

Spoiled Liberal Brats Grill Reagan In 1967

In December 1967, then-California governor Ronald Reagan had just given a speech on the Yale campus and stopped by the pool room of the Sigma chapter of St. Anthony Hall to talk with some undergrads.

The Yale students are, understandably, concerned about the Vietnam War, something a state governor hasn’t much say in, a point Reagan makes repeatedly. Reagan and the students go back and forth on issues in a way that is almost jarring compared to the tightly choreographed political events we’re used to seeing. found here

Jacques Leslie, one of the students there that day, wrote about the visit for the Yale Alumni magazine in 1997:

“The session was filmed for local public television. It didn’t matter to us students that Reagan was then the Governor of California and could thus claim that foreign policy was not his domain — all we wanted to talk about was Vietnam. We grew increasingly frustrated, while Reagan, merely by maintaining his cool, easily got the better of us. It wasn’t until I watched the tape nearly three decades later that I appreciated the scene’s underlying poignancy, the intensity of the extended drama in which we performed.”
Let me just say that I have no idea why Reagan was there or why he felt compelled to talk to these kids. But he seemed very composed and answered the questions the best he could.
Could you imagine Obama even attempting to talk to a group of young conservatives? Oh that’s right, community organizers have no reason too understand the other side.
Dems To Campaign Against Koch Brothers In Mid Terms

Dems To Campaign Against Koch Brothers In Mid Terms

Gettin’ a little desperate Chucky?

“We want to work with our colleagues. But we’re also our going to make crystal clear whose side each party is on. Democrats are fighting for a fair shot for everyone, while Republicans are doing the bidding of the Koch brothers, the wealthy and huge corporations,” said Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), who devised the party’s direction this year along with Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. “That’s the distinction we will draw in November.”

It’s not gonna work as long as Obamacare is in play.

A Friendly Reminder

A Friendly Reminder

Everybody seems to forget how Obamacare was passed. Here is a reminder.

We shouldn’t forget that ObamaCare was written in the dead of night by Harry Reid’s office, voted on, unread, by the Senate hours later and sent to the House which passed it “as is” so it would not have to go back to the Senate where Scott Brown’s vote would have killed it.

Therefore, there was no internal consistency check. There was no opportunity for clarifying amendments. There was no opportunity for anything Harry Reid did not think was appropriate. That is why we keep finding these unintended consequences that Obama tries to paper over with Executive Orders.

That is why the idea of “fixing” ObamaCare is a very bad idea. There are so many traps in the bill (as well as in the stacks of “rules”) that no one could untangle the mess. This is just like a badly designed web site. Best to start all over than try to add undocumented patch upon undocumented patch in a vain attempt to fix it.

Why Is The GOP Wheeling & Dealing With New IRS Regulations?

Why Is The GOP Wheeling & Dealing With New IRS Regulations?

The IRS has been holding up decisions on conservative non-profits due to political agendas, it’s a fact. So to get around the existing rules Democrats made new ones. Nothing is set in stone and the new regs have not been voted on yet the GOP is arm wrestling with Harry Reid over Ukraine funding using these same new IRS rules. This is incredulous. How does freedom of speech protected by the constitution get tangled up in Ukraine aid? And how exactly is it possible that these new IRS regulations are going forward without so much as a squeak from Republicans.

Looks like the new IRS regulations are now a bargaining chip before they are even debated, which basically makes them a defacto done deal, amazing. Democrats have pulled the wool over the GOP again and they don’t even realize it. How pathetic.

One additional problem with the reform package is that in order to offset the costs, the Senate bill takes money away from the US Army and Navy. House Republicans meanwhile want to do something useful…use this bill or a separate one to tie the IMF money to a one year delay in the anti-free speech regulations Obama’s IRS is currently set to enact.

Only 17 GOP Senators stood up yesterday and opposed Harry Reid’s effort to reduce America’s influence at the IMF and to preserve the House’s leverage to block the Obama IRS regulations.

The more I see from the current batch of Republicans the more I realize it’s time for a third party. I swear they are out thinking the room, and thus, over thinking the issues.

And The Madness Continues

And The Madness Continues

Just when you think the Obama administration had fulfilled their allotted incompetent, idiotic, and dangerous decisions, they step up the idiocy.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va.,chairman of the House Judiciary Committee; Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee; Immigration and Border Security Subcommittee chairman Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C.; and National Security Subcommittee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, wrote a scathing letter to the new Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson regarding their concerns with threats to U.S. national security that would result from this latest arbitrary decision by President Barack Obama and his administration.

The four lawmakers characterized Obama’s revised Libya policy as being a “misguided and dangerous plan” to allow Libyans to legally come to America to attend flight schools, to work as aviation maintenance workers, or any type of flight operations.

The Obama administration is also allowing Libyan’s to study nuclear science or seek training in the nuclear energy industry, which continues to be vulnerable according to an Examiner report last year. keep reading

If you had to choose a group of people you don’t want being taught nuclear science, flying large planes, or anything to do with aviation I would think angry Islamist hell bent on destruction of America and Israel would be on that list. Call me old fashioned. Who the hell is in charge around this place????libya14n-3

You Can’t Have It Both Ways

You Can’t Have It Both Ways

So which is it Democrats? Obama states that the Ukraine is of no interest to us, yet McRHINO and his democrat besties want an enormous federal aid package sent to the Ukraine. So if the democrats are in such a rush to throw billions at Ukraine, but their President says we should let the Ukraine people decide, who eventually ends up with the billions? The people? The new Ukrainian government (which at this point is shaky at best)?

Looks like more shenanigans by politicians to try and attach riders onto something that is perceived as financial assistance when in fact they have ulterior motives which would benefit them. Sneaky bastards.

President Obama has told a Dutch newspaper that the United States does not see the ongoing crisis in Crimea and Ukraine as a “zero-sum game” between Washington and Moscow as pro-Russian forces reportedly overran a third Ukrainian military base in the Black Sea peninsula Monday.

In the interview, published in Monday’s edition of de Volkskrant, Obama said, “The United States does not view Europe as a battleground between East and West, nor do we see the situation in Ukraine as a zero-sum game. That’s the kind of thinking that should have ended with the Cold War.”

The president went on to say, “The Ukrainian people do not have to choose between East and West. On the contrary, it’s important that Ukraine have good relations with the United States, Russia, and Europe. As I’ve said, the future of Ukraine ought to be decided by the people of Ukraine.”

Zero-sum? Sounds to me like you don’t really care about the Ukraine so why this?

A Ukraine aid package sought by the Obama administration is running into heated objections from Senate Republicans ahead of a test vote late Monday, over concerns that the bill could “unnecessarily” jack up U.S. contributions to a major international lender.

Senate Democrats, and the Obama administration, are insisting that the Ukraine legislation include “reforms” for the International Monetary Fund. But House and Senate Republicans say they’re not needed, and worry the changes could end up costing U.S. taxpayers more money while undermining U.S. influence at that very institution.

“We are deeply concerned that the Ukraine aid legislation reported by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee contains ‘reform’ provisions that would unnecessarily double the United States contribution to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), part of the largest proportional increase ever, yet ultimately undermine our influence in that body in a manner that provides no actual relief to Ukraine,” Cruz and other GOP senators wrote to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev

There it is.
