Boehner told Republicans during a weekly conference meeting they had three options: The Senate bill; another short-term CR, which he didn’t expect Democrats to go for; or a DHS shutdown. And Boehner said he wasn’t willing to shut down DHS.

 You own both houses you fuckwad. There is nothing anybody can do to you.

“Imagine if, God forbid, another terrorist attack hits the United States,” Boehner said, according to a source in the room.

And the chances of that get worse by the day as you allow Obama to keep the border open…dip shit.

Some Republicans balked, but there was nothing they could do. Idaho Republican Mike Simpson brought up the bill Tuesday afternoon and, after a three-way debate between moderate Republicans, conservatives and Democrats, the DHS bill passed 257-167.

For Pelosi and other Democrats, the saga’s conclusion is a victory. At a hastily-organized press conference following passage of the DHS funding bill, which won support from every House Democrat, Pelosi grinned at the microphones.

Boehner told anyone that would listen that if they pass the “cromnibus budget” with DHS funding left out, he would fight on a later date. They did, he didn’t. Don’t see much difference between Harry Reid and Boehner at this point.

Dec. 11, 2014 – House Speaker John Boehner said passage of the cromnibus avoided a government shutdown, and also gives Republicans an opportunity to readdress DHS funding in February — a move he says will help them push back against President Obama’s executive actions on immigration.

The White House has plans to legalize 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then establish a “country within a country.”

The following Mark Levin interview with Susan Payne is shocking but it also puts all the pieces into place.

Unbeknownst to the Obama officials, Ms. Payne was invited to listen in on conference calls at an immigration rally. Cecilia Munoz, director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, and 16 members of the White House cabinet were on the first call. White House officials were on all three calls. What Ms. Payne learned needs to be immediately shared with Congress and the public.

It should be noted that Ted Hayes, founder of America’s Black Shield, also listened in on these calls.

The “Task Force of New Americans” and the “Receiving Communities” are part of a plan by the Obama administration to develop a “country within a country” which will eventually form a new, and instantly fundamentally transformed United States.

The conference calls and meetings surrounding the task force made it clear Barack Obama is planning to legalize and protect 13 to 15 million illegal immigrants who will then be moved onto citizenship.

When these “new Americans” come out of the shadows, the communities in which they’ve been placed will be designated as “receiving communities.”

The “new Americans” are considered “seedlings” by the White House and the “receiving communities” are the “fertile ground” to nurture them, according to comments made during the meetings.

Citizens will then be pushed into the shadows as the “New Americans” come out of the shadows.

One member of the task force said they will be forming a “country within a country”.

At the meetings, it was said that “immigrants need to be aware of benefits they are entitled to”. Keep Reading….

Would the real number change some views on amnesty?

The number being tossed around about how many illegals are in the United States is 11.5 million, but how can you be sure? The numbers are calculated in surveys done by the PEW Hispanic Center (a non-profit Hispanic advocacy group backed by Obama bundler George Kaisers family foundation) and parroted by DHS.

 On April 26, 2006 the Pew Hispanic Center (PHC) estimated that in March 2005 the number of illegal immigrants in the U.S. ranged from 11.5 to 12 million individuals.This number was derived by a statistical method known as the “residual method“.[11] According to the General Accounting office the residual estimation (1) starts with a census count or survey estimate of the number of foreign-born residents who have not become U.S. citizens and (2) subtracts out estimated numbers of legally present individuals in various categories, based on administrative data and assumptions (because censuses and surveys do not ask about legal status). here

So the people asking questions don’t ask the question, brilliant!

Bear Stearns‘ investigators [8] came up with another way to attack this very difficult problem. They made the assumption that the amount of remittances (money sent back to Mexico) is directly proportional to the number of Mexican immigrants in the United States. They conclude that the number of illegal immigrants in the United States may well be twice the official number put out by the U.S. Census and may be 20 million people or higher. here

Bear Sterns method seems a bit more reliable than the guesses assumptions made by DHS and a Obama backed non-profit.

James Walsh, former associate general counsel to the INS, says in his paper, none of the government “experts” “has a clue as to the exact number,” he says, “but this does not keep them from crafting estimates to fit their own agenda. …My estimate of 38 million illegal aliens residing in the United States is calculated using a conservative annual rate of entry (allowing for deaths and returns to their homeland) of three illegal aliens entering the United States for each one apprehended,” he explains. here

Much like the squabble over the government shutdown a few years back, the DHS funding bill is essentially the same thing, just on a smaller scale. Conservatives need to hold their ground and say no to a clean bill.

Shut it down. Don’t blink. This is the only way for Republicans in both houses to show what power of the purse really means, and at the same time stopping the unconstitutional actions of a failed president.

The DHS is a duplication of efforts anyway. What does DHS do that the FBI, CIA, NSA, and ATF don’t already do as far as limiting terrorists activity? Border security can be done by national guard, there is no need to be in a rush to cave under democratic or media pressure, but I repeat myself.

“What McConnell has isn’t a plan but a cop out,” said Tristan Daedalus, the spokesman. “The whole point of restricting funds from being used for unconstitutional orders inside the funding bill for the Department of Homeland Security is to exercise the power of the purse. By divorcing these two pieces of the bill, the Majority Leader is showing that he is more concerned with acquiescing to the ridiculous demands of the Democratic Caucus than for standing up for the institution of Congress.”

Why don’t Republicans spend all their airtime attacking the media for lying about what Obama’s amnesty does and what the Democrats are doing? It’s hard to avoid concluding that Republicans aren’t trying to make the right arguments. In fact, it kind of looks like they’re intentionally throwing the fight on amnesty.

The U.S. Border Patrol has reported apprehension of 57,525 UACs in 2014, almost double the 2013 number. However another agency, the Executive Office for Immigration Review is tasked with actually confirming these numbers. It counts a total of 20,814, only slightly more than 2013, (20,778), and once again, most of these are not the young children the media has been showing heart-rending photos of. The fact is that there is no crisis of young, unaccompanied children flooding the border. There are entire families flooding the border.

Now we know why the administration was so secretive about how many “children” were being housed at facilities around the country and where they were being sent. They weren’t children at all. Have you noticed that there is not so much news in the media today about the border “crisis”? That is because the crisis in housing for nonexistent youths no longer exists, if it ever did.

So if the border crisis has gone away, why is Obama still hyperventilating about immigration “reform” and threatening “administrative amnesty” for up to 5 million? The answer: Democrats need those voters now more than ever. More and more Americans realize just how badly we are being ripped off. More and more, Americans are realizing just how far Obama will go to risk terrorist attack from unidentified foreign nationals penetrating our border in order to import the Democrats’ most promising future demographic.

If this isn’t treason, what is?
