Interesting
Was in my neighborhood Booze shop earlier, asked the owner:
"How's the "BudLight sales?"
"Sold out. Group of guys came in yesterday and bought every case I had."
"Srsly?"
"Yep, took 'em out in the desert to give them the Kid Rock treatment."

Um, they bought the beer. Jebus people.
So more money to them? This is what economic ignorance leads to.
You know……Anheuser-Busch really doesn’t care if people drink the beer or shoot it up. Only that they pay for it.
While I agree with Dan that AB doesn’t care. Don’t they get their money when the business owner buys the product?
If the business owner can sell the beer to people who just shoot it up he doesn’t care about their politics either. Want AB to feel the pain? DON’T BUY THE BEER. Nothing else will get their attention. Often times if a product doesn’t sell it gets returned to the manufacturer for credit. So buying it for whatever reason puts money in pockets. Not buying it keeps pockets empty.
The store owner will not order more AB products until there is change in buying across the country.
“Who bought up all the gay porn the VHS distributor sent in the last batch of movies?”
Whenever you ask for the government to solve a problem, you then have to rely on the actions of politicians, ALL of whom must rely on campaign donations and their varying pressures. When you DEMAND that the market solve an issue, you are then empowering yourself and millions of like-minded folks to decide with their dollars, and are also empowering the market to produce and raise up a superior competitor. NEVER empower government. ALWAYS empower the free market of consumers. Your vote means nothing. Your dollars mean everything.
