A friend of mine told me about how he was at work when his wife told their twelve year-old son to help with dishes – he refused. He went on to explain how he knew about child labor laws… blah blah, and how child services will take him away.
So his wife said fine, call them now. Now more quad, no video games, no hanging out at the cabin with his friends….. instead he can stay in a foster home and try to figure out which other kid is going to beat his ass just for being there.
