heavenly ski resort in south lake tahoe is sitting at 529 inches with about 6 weeks left in the season. was there about 3 weeks ago before all of tahoe was slammed for another 5 feet. so many subdivisions then in south lake had feet of snow on the roofs and snow piles lining the residential streets to where small cars wouldnt be seen driving thru and then they got at least another 5 feet !

300 inches is avg at most western ski resorts, 400 is a great year; they are 529 and counting
