  1. This clip is actually misleading propaganda against Sinclair. I saw one of the original segments locally. They end saying “let us know if we get it wrong.” I don’t see a problem. And they started having nightly commentaries from both right & left perspectives. Yes, Sinclair owns many local stations and has the same editorials across them. How is that different than CNN or Fox?

    1. Chip – I don’t care if Sinclairs name is on the clip or not, the fact that all of these stations say the exact same thing is….unnerving. CNN and FOX both have one channel each for a particular audience and it’s on cable, local news has many different viewers watching for varying reasons such as local sports and weather, with news anchors using the same talking points in Alabama as they do in Oregon that points too obvious thought control nationwide to an ideologically passive audience. Doesn’t really matter to me who is writing the narrative, Sinclair, Disney, or freakin’ Nat Geo, whoever…….it seems like propaganda to me.

  2. John Oliver already did a segment on this last year. All of the stations are Sinclair owned and are given the script to read. This is why the US has media ownership laws dictating just how much of a market a single company can own. Turns out that Sinclair was selling stations to wholy owned subsidiaries in order to skirt these restrictions.

  3. Corporate Media (MSM) is a threat whether it is at a national or local level, TV, paper, or internet. They become robots to the narrative they produce. The question becomes is it good for the local people or the people in general, and do we ever hear the truth?
