As someone who served in a couple of conflicts in the middle east I’ll tell you, we should just stay the fuck out of there.
It’s all about money, oil and greed… not about diplomacy, or democracy or caring about their people. We guarded oil wells while people were killed.
Let their people revolt and hopefully form a functional government on their own.
We just need to stay the fuck out of there. No one in the US should be tweeting or any of that shit about this, we have enough problems here in the US.
Well John, tweeting support is a hellofva lot less bloody for us then “guarding the oil rigs” In fact by not offering any kind of support for the protesters, these candidates are telling the mullahs, hold on, if we win, relief is on the way.
By all means let them sort their own shit out, we sure as fuck wouldn’t tolerate foreign military action against us…would we?
