Democrats Threaten the Supreme Court…….
……..and so it begins.
Several high-profile Senate Democrats warned the Supreme Court in pointed terms this week that it could face a fundamental restructuring if justices do not take steps to “heal” the court in the near future.
The ominous and unusual warning was delivered as part of a brief filed Monday in a case related to a New York City gun law. Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., referenced rulings by the court’s conservative majority in claiming it is suffering from some sort of affliction which must be remedied.
“The Supreme Court is not well. And the people know it,” the brief said. “Perhaps the Court can heal itself before the public demands it be ‘restructured in order to reduce the influence of politics.’”
Keep poking the bear, Supreme Court justices will be the least of their worries.

Why are these people such bullies? If Trump gets another SC nominee, especially Ginsburg, before the end of his term, they will just go crazy.
I’m always amazed how the very liberal wing of the left thinks they are the “Norm” of this country. They are getting closer to starting the next civil war.
It’s been going on for a while. Wanna bet Justice Antonin Scalia died of the same natural causes as Jeff Epstein. And the cull is not over. The “Deep State” is alive and well in the Washington D.C. Beltway politician’s Club Frat House!
How would they react if every MS13 member makes a red-flag complaint against a different Los Angles police officer? How about if every member of the FBI (remember the OPM breach) received a red-flag complaint? Every member of the Secret Service? Every New York City cop? I can just imagine the shitshow that would happen if no NYCity cop was allowed to carry a gun….
@mr nobody, Tonight’s winner! Well said. Lets begin doing this right now! Start with the red flag states. Then once the feds make it law ….lol open season. Now you can, anonymously make the call regarding politicos, CNN broadcasters, brutal cops and the list goes on. Red Flag laws are an affront to the US Constitution. Now lets see how many people who advocated this anti Constitution move come slithering back looking for the protections afforded by the US Constitution.
