The pepper spray the officer was holding would have hurt a LOT more and been more effective, too.
Looks like she got popped in the eye by the broken end.
Which goes to show that if you’re gonna protest, ya gotta wear some eye protection.
Personally, that cop should have just hosed everyone there with the OC spray.
