I don’t live in New York, I have never been to New York, and I am thankful I am thousands of miles away from New York. I don’t get it.
Bill de Blasio, the newly inaugurated mayor of New York City, is moving forward with his plan to allocate $1 billion of pension assets to affordable housing—a massive increase to the funds’ prior investments to this space.
Good luck you freakin idiots, this man is investing your retirement on a non starter. Good lord what is wrong with you people?

I lived in New Jersey about 20 miles from Manhattan for many years.
The “City” is, a and has mostly been, a bastion of Liberal Socialists.
However, with the election of this asshole it has really hit bottom.
Jersey isn’t much better, and thet’a why made the move to North Carolina.
Having said that the “Tar Heel” state has its share of Progressives as well, but the gun laws are reasonable despite the Libtard assault.
