We Are On Our Own

We Are On Our Own

I’m still pissed off about the NFL players, coaches, and owners going all in against POTUS and the flag and all that it represents to us, the dirt people. The league and owners are betting that playing political football won’t hurt them, and they may very well be correct.

The “Monday Night Football” matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals made for the strongest ratings for a “MNF” game this season. Ratings for the game rose 63% above the week three game from 2016, according to ESPN

Average Americans have been handed down disappointment after disappointment and we have no choice but to keep living our lives as best we can, we fought the good fight and gave our side all three branches of government, how’s that worked out?

All of the consternation from people who are disjointed about the NFL fiasco will be handed down another disappointment, people will continue to watch and the league will go on as usual and average America will go back to getting by as best they can. People will fight the good fight and do what they can to show their disapproval of the NFL but the chances that players will be forced to stand is slim to none.torch-merch-Robert

Like big government, professional sports is a swamp and the sports media complex makes their money skimming the slime. ESPN, FOX Sports, and the alphabet network pre-game shows all supported the players. They twisted what Trump said into an attack on all of the black players when in truth he was speaking of the few Kaepernick knuckleheads. This is how it works, if a conservative says something against the lefty narrative they are convicted in the court of public opinion as racist, it happens like clockwork.download (2)

The players chose their national stage to turn their collective backs on the flag and what it represents, the media turned them into victims of racism, that ploy comes right out of the liberal play book. The players act as they have been verbally assaulted, the league backs the victims and the billionaire owners fall in line because they lacked the courage to put their foot down when it was just one, now it’s out of control.screen-shot-2017-09-25-at-5-32-44-pm

To the millions of Americans who are as pissed off as I am, I hope at least ONE player or owner will show some backbone and speak up for the fans and the flag but I’m not holding my breath. It’s just another kick to the gut of average Americans who want so much to feel like somebody cares.

We are on our own, get used to it.

  1. MONEY TALKS: when the well begins to dry up and people stop spending as they have begun to do the NFL will wonder what went wrong. For the mass majority of Americans you do not disrespect our nation. You do not disrespect our Flag, The Constitution, our land marks etc. They are our history, laws and the definition of The United States of America.

The left will never figure out where they’ve gone astray, ever.

  2. I was tempted to watch it to see what that Cowoys, after Jerry Jones’ earlier comments, would do. Sadly Jones buckled and the ‘boys kneeled.

I wonder what percentage of this record audience turned it off after seeing that.

    Fuck ’em all!

  3. Still think it would have been more ironically hilarious for the guy who burnt his season tickets to have given them to poor underprivileged gang-bangers, of course to be fair he’d have to give two to each gang. 🙂

  4. This is 100% the owners fault. We all have a First Amendment right to free speech, but not on company time. All of us who have worked for someone else have restriction on our time, speech, and actions. The best way I heard it put was, “your time, your dime”. What these millionaire crybabies and their billionaire coddleers are doing is on my dime, and my time. I’ll never watch another MFL game. College ball will suit me just fine. And that’s not a typo, I do mean M as in Mother. You can figure out what the F is for….

  5. Even free speech on personal time can get you fired, intrusion into ones private life via Facebook and such media links is considered fair game to terminate a person from employment, close that Facebook page learn to keep your life your own.

  6. One side plays by the rules established largely by the other side, and always loses. The other side plays by whatever rules they wish, imposes whatever rules they wish on their opponents, and always wins.

The outcome is not really very surprising.

  7. Thank you for your feedback regarding the NFL and TD Ameritrade. TD Ameritrade ended our sponsorship after the 2016-2017 season and we have no involvement in the current season.

Thank you for your business at TD Ameritrade, we truly appreciate it. Should you have any further questions, please reply to this email. I will be happy to assist you.

  9. I’ve always claimed America was a great example of the biggest charade in history. The 10% elite have bamboozled, snookered and programmed the 90% of “ordinary” Americans to believe their votes count and the politicians had their best interests at heart. Nothing could be further from the truth. Sadly, even if Americans successfully remove ALL current politicians and replace them with people they are convinced are decent, honest and display the “Mr. Smith goes to Washington” vigor eventually all matters would return to the swamp thanks to greed, lobbyists and ego. We must remember: “Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely”.

  10. These thought have been webbing around in my head for some time since the whole KC of 49’ers first chickenshit kneeldown of last year. I couldn’t quite put my finger on what I saw as a SJW tactic. Much like the ending of the Roman Gladiator games of old which heralded the fall of Rome. Someone else has come up with a theory that brought it into focus for me, just recently.

The NFL is the last bastion of American aggressive behavior. The left hates that as they are all about “getting along”. They hate football and they hate NASCAR as those are the eptitomy of non aggression as the left wants every bastion of nationality of the USA to be erased. Hence the destruction of statues of any kind other that Marxist.

Come to your own conclusions but, as much as I hate the niggers in the NFL that are leading these kneeldowns, the left is owning these kneeldowns with glory.

I will still boycott the NFL games but, possibly to my own conservative demise. The NFL keeps reminding Americans that we kick ass, take some pain but we get back up and do it again.

The leftists hate that. They want everyone to be knocked down an take a subservient stance which the NFL is absolutely the opposite of. The following article is worth reading at least, and worth pondering and perhaps responding to.

I want, while I absolutely hate these asshole taking a knee, the NFL to be “The American Game” which keeps the defiant and “fuck with me, I’ll kick your fuckin ass” mindset in America.

Good idea to think this one out. Trump will win this argument in the end, he always knew he would and by calling all these pussies out now, he’ll end the Leftist game of dividing Americans via the NFL. One must take the long term thinking on this one…
