Proof is in the pudding people, this guy just gets it. I know I keep ringing the bell about Rand Paul but the man is leading by example, and if you read my previous post it you would understand why I am so impressed.

Sen. says he will send a $600,000 check to the U.S. Treasury, returning the part of his operating budget as a senator that was not spent.

Paul made the announcement at press conference in Kentucky on Wednesday. According to a press release from Paul’s office, the sum is over 20 percent of the total operating budget

Not a big fan of Ron Paul but every time I hear his kid speak, I am impressed. We have a bunch of smooth talkers in the up and coming ranks of the Republican/Tea party, but they are just a bunch of political mumbo jumbo speek, “I have proposed a bill to sponsor a committee to decide whether we should hold a meeting on the issue of providing millions of dollars too fund a program whose initial funding was a trust that has become insolvent due to proposals sponsored by our fellow Senators”….whaaa??
And with the way the Republicans are being divided, it may be time to go the way of someone we can trust, not someone who the Republican Establishment shoves out front. We are not sending them to Washington for compromise, we are sending them for repair. If my main sewer line plugs up, I don’t want to compromise and just use my shower and dishwasher, I want it all fixed so the system runs like it was designed. Period!

At least I can understand Rand. He say’s what he thinks, does what he says and is the only one with the balls to go after Hillary and Hagel. Can’t ask for much more from a politician.
