The arrogance of this man is staggering. And if he knows that much about the constitution, why does he ignore it, shred it, and state it is outdated?

In an interview after his speech Wednesday in Galesburg, Illinois, President Obama was asked if he consulted White House lawyers before unilaterally delaying the employer mandate in Obamacare. Since Congress, in the Affordable Care Act, specified that the mandate is go to into effect at the start of next year, reporters from the New York Times asked if the president investigated whether he had the legal authority to put it off without going through Congress.

Obama didn’t exactly answer the question. But judging from what he said, his answer was: No, I didn’t consult White House lawyers because I know a lot more about the Constitution than the Republicans who are complaining about it. And besides, they don’t think I’m legitimately the president, anyway.

“People questioned your legal and constitutional authority to do that unilaterally — to delay the employer mandate,” asked the Times’ Jackie Calmes. “Did you consult with your lawyer?” […]

At that point, Obama explained that if Congress doesn’t like what he’s done, then lawmakers can try to do something about it. “I’m not concerned about their opinions,” the president said. “Very few of them, by the way, are lawyers, much less constitutional lawyers.” And some Republicans “think I usurp my authority by having the gall to win the presidency.” read article here:

After he took so much shit just about talking about his tax bill in his home state, Phil gets nailed again. If I was Phil, I get the hell out.

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Thanks to his recent wins at both The Open Championship and the Scottish Open, Phil Mickelson pocketed more than $2.16 million in just two weeks. The world’s top golfer —who came under fire earlier this year when he complained about his supposed 60 percent tax rate as a California resident — is taking another hit on his recent earnings.

According to Forbes, Mickelson has been subjected to the United Kingdom’s 45 percent tax rate for those who make more than £150,000 a year. In addition, the magazine reports, he will be taxed on a portion of the endorsement income he earned during his time in Scotland.

Forbes estimates he will take home $842,700, which, of course, does not include any of his tax-deductible travel expenses and the additional 10 percent he owes to his caddy.

It’s not known whether Mickelson is planning on leaving California, but his $7 million Rancho Santa Fe estate is on the market.

Obama has NO plans to fix anything. And his unicorn speech he gave on the economy was shameful.

No two ways about it, the police and various federal agencies are gearing up for something. 

What’s sad is that most people don’t understand the reference, or who Patrick Henry is.

That’s right! The Obama administration is gearing up to spend a staggering $680,000,000 just to advertise Obamacare.  And who is paying for all of this?  That’s right…you are.

This is downright immoral, spending the better part of a BILLION dollars to advertise a welfare program and get more people hooked on the government dole.  

It’s time for a full repeal, and until we get there, let’s defund the entire monstrosity, starting with this ridiculous marketing budget.

Still shocking that a New York pervert is running for Mayor, and may win. And his stead fast wife, Huma Abedin, was Hillary Clintons right hand girl, (insert pun here). How can people not see the obvious problems with this? Pervert married to muslim cover girl for Hillary, my goodness how many scandals can people ignore from one couple?

Today Wiener vowed to push forward with Huma holding strong, even though she acknowledges hours of therapy to fix an obvious problem. Hmmmm, yeah New York, that’s the man you want running your city, but I guess if you elected Bloomy and Shumer, Wiener may be right down your alley.
