Gay immigration legislation!
No other issue could possibly be considered more important than letting gay Americans troll for gay lovers from South America with the promise of legal status. Finally we are getting something done in Washington! (sarcasm added by author)

More than a dozen House lawmakers reintroduced legislation that would let immigrants in same-sex marriages sponsor their partners for legal residency.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) reintroduced the bill, the Uniting American Families Act, on Tuesday. The legislation is cosposored by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), Reps. Richard Hanna (R-N.Y.), Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.), Charlie Dent (R-Pa.), Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), John Conyers (D-Mich.), Jared Polis (D-Colo.), David Cicilline (D-R.I.), Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.), Mark Pocan (D-Wis.), Mark Takano (D-Calif.), Sean Maloney (D-N.Y.), Mike Honda (D-Calif.), and Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.).

Currently, only immigrants in heterosexual marriages can sponsor their spouses for legal residency. The Uniting American Families Act (UAFA) would include “permanent partner” in the Immigration and Naturalization act in order to include immigrants in same-sex relationships. The same benefits and penalties applied to heterosexual marriages would apply to same sex marriages under the legislation.

Democratic congressman from Michigan John Conyer wants us to call illegal immigrants “out of status”, not illegals.

They don’t try to hide this shit anymore. They have made a concerted effort to remove the “illegal” portion out of illegal immigrant, so this jack wagon comes out during the ILLEGAL immigration hearings and requests we call them “out of status”. No! They are here illegally, they have no status in this country other than attempting to become US citizens.
Mr. Conyer, when your state is over run by illegals, maybe you will understand the problem. Right now, all you are is an uninformed bureaucrat trying to gloss over something you know nothing about!
Also, why in the hell would I respect anything a politician from Michigan would say to “fix” things, you have done such a wonderful job with your own state.

 

“I hope no one uses the term ‘illegal immigrants’ here today. Our citizens are, the people in this country are not illegal, they are out of status, they are new Americans that are immigrants, and I think that we can forge a path to citizenship that will be able to pass muster.”

A Tennessee state senator has introduced a bill that would abolish diversity programs, ban diversity officers and end preference based on race, ethnicity and gender on college campuses in the Volunteer State.

 Republican Jim Summerville calls his slate of legislation the “Civil Rights Initiative of 2013,” reports Knoxville NBC affiliate WBIR-TV. In addition to forbidding diversity preference programs, the proposal would prohibit the state from keeping any statistics based on race, gender or ethnicity, or using those criteria for hiring, except as mandated by federal law.

 “It’s a little demeaning, I think, to classify people in those categories,” Summerville told WBIR. “They might wonder ‘Am I here because I’m any good or am I here to fill a quota?’ So I think it’s time to let this go.”

I can’t stress this fact enough. The “Liberal Progressive Communist Marxist Socialist” are following a plan. It has taken decades but they are not even hiding it anymore, and they have kicked the process into high gear because their beloved leader got his second term. 
The Naked Communist list of goals numbers 29 and 30:
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis. 
30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.” 

Now this today on CBS:
(CBS News) Is the U.S. Constitution truly worthy of the reverence in which most Americans hold it? A view on that from Louis Michael Seidman, Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University:
“I’ve got a simple idea: Let’s give up on the Constitution. I know, it sounds radical, but it’s really not. Constitutional disobedience is as American as apple pie. 
Unfortunately, the Constitution also contains some provisions that are not so inspiring. For example, one allows a presidential candidate who is rejected by a majority of the  American people to assume office. Suppose that Barack Obama really wasn’t a natural-born citizen. So what?

This is our country. We live in it, and we have a right to the kind of country we want. We would not allow the French or the United Nations to rule us, and neither should we allow people who died over two centuries ago and knew nothing of our country as it exists today.
If we are to take back our own country, we have to start making decisions for ourselves, and stop deferring to an ancient and outdated document.”

Get that? This is a college professor from Georgetown University. Shit is getting serious.

Hillary Clinton, in her prepared statements, gave her recollections of September 11, 2012. She spoke for 10 minutes before answering questions, and allotted 30 seconds to give her detailed account of what happened. Sorry Hillary, this is not a detailed account, this is called cover your ass, and the American people should call for her immediate resignation. Her testimony about what happened that night, her prepared statement is the two paragraphs below. Pathetic.

First, let’s start on the night of September 11 itself and those difficult early days. I  directed our response from the State Department and stayed in close contact with  officials from across our government and the Libyan government. So I saw firsthand what Ambassador Thomas Pickering and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen called “timely” and “exceptional” coordination. No delays in decision-making. No denials of support from Washington or from the military. And I want to echo the Review Board’s praise for the valor and courage  of our people on the ground – especially the security professionals in Benghazi and Tripoli. The Board said our response saved American lives in real time – and it did.

The very next morning, I told the American people that “heavily armed militants  assaulted our compound” and vowed to bring them to justice. And I stood with  President Obama as he spoke of “an act of terror.” You may recall that in that same period, we also saw violent attacks on our embassies in Cairo, Sanaa, Tunis, and Khartoum, as well as large protests outside many other posts where thousands of our diplomats serve.

This is what she said September 12, 2012 the morning after the attack. 

In remarks Thursday morning at the opening of the U.S.-Morocco Dialogue at the State Department, Mrs. Clinton said that she personally found the video “disgusting and reprehensible. It appears to have a deeply cynical purpose to denigrate a great religion and to provoke rage.” She emphasized that the U.S. had no role in the video, adding: “We absolutely reject its content and message.”

Sure seems like that was her position following the immediate action she testified on. No mention of the video now huh.
