To those who served sacrificed and died defending the greatest country in the history of the world I say Thanks. There are no finer American citizens than those who willing gave so much and asked so little in return.
Actually it IS free to the majority of people in this country today. They have not had to suffer, sacrifice, or even be inconvenienced for the blessings they enjoy. Others paid the price, and some, the ultimate price, but if you have not served or lost a family member or friend to combat, then freedom is free for you. The sad thing is that most people do not value things that are free – that is evident in today’s society and it will be our downfall.
With the socialist in our government the word freedom falls on deaf ears, with Islam invading our nation and their beliefs spreading though schools, using our First Amendment against the American people our nation is dying, but with the generation who believe in freedom and understand the sacrifices many people have made and are making that can teach the younger generation a whole new level of what it means to have the freedoms that we do.
