I could be way off base here but I don’t understand Washington. You have veterans coming home after putting their lives on the line for this country. The “Hire a Veteran” ads are all over the place, which is great. But why not put these veterans to work at the Pentagon and get rid of the civil service workers. We are already going to be paying pensions and benefits to our veterans, which THEY DESERVE, so why not put them to work, thus saving the taxpayers from paying for a union government employee who can’t be fired.

If you don’t believe me, here are a few quotes and a pic of one our public servants after the quotes:

A senior flag officer at the Pentagon told The Washington Times that because of federal rules, “the problem with reducing civilians is you can’t fire anyone. The only way to do it is not to replace them.”

The Pentagon’s civilian workforce, which expanded dramatically during President Obama’s first three years, is not facing any significant reductions even as the Defense Department is slashing ground troops by more than 10 percent, retiring ships and combat planes, and putting off the purchases of some new weapons.

“While the fighting force is coming down, the overhead continues to grow,” he said. “It was an adverse ratio to start with, and it’s getting worse. You want to put your money in the tip of the spear, not in the rear with the gear.”

Since the Pretender in Chief has announced the official start of his campaign, or as I call it, ObamaPalooza Tour. I am going to try to figure out exactly when the man is working and when he is working on his re-election. I am guessing at least a 80/20 split in favor of his campaign effort.

Seems like there has been nothing but bummer news to read lately and I needed a break. Thought you may need one too.
So there won’t be any snark, venting about politics, bitching about occupy idiots, or any other frustrating posts today. I give you Jordan (aka Katie Price). One of the best put together females I have seen for quite some time. Apparently her life has gone south a bit, but in the day….Damn!

Is it just me, or does this make zero sense? Our missile defense system may be able to shoot down Russian ICBM’s and Russia is mad because they cannot annihilate us like before and therefore the  joint destruction of each others country is in jeapordy. So they want to strike our missile defense sites to ensure the nuclear capabilties of both countries…what the fuck!!

Am I missing something here?

Russian officials insist that the system has the capability to shoot down their ICBMs, thus robbing their nuclear deterrent of its credibility and destabilizing the Cold War-era balance of mutually assured destruction.

And when Romney mentioned that Russia was still a threat…didn’t Obama say this was not his daddy’s Russia? What say you now Bambam?

The Occupy movement is spreading chaos all over the country and mobs of black youth are attacking white people for their form of justice in the Trayvon death.
My question is WHY? Why can’t the President come out and decry the actions of these people who are breaking laws and seem to have a perceived green light to do so.

I don’t know what the answer to my question is but the silence of President Obama is deafening.

I try to think what I would do if I was President. I would tell anyone and everyone who would listen that the behavior needs to end. That we as a nation will not put up with any thuggery no matter the cause or the mythical justification of their actions. 
WHY then does Obama stay silent? WHY does the MSM not mention the Norfolk, Virginia beatings? WHY does Pelosi and many other politicians not speak out against the violence and destruction of the Occupy idiots?

If it is politically in their best interest to allow these things to occur then the answer to the question of WHY is a severe lack of leadership….period. The President and his minions can stop all of this. If Obama came out on national television and told the people that are responsible to STOP, it would stop. His political allies would jump on board, the media would see that if Obama want’s it to end, then they will report anything that happens that goes against his wishes. When Obama’s people see that he is not happy with them and it is casting a bad light on him, they would stop.
It is so simple and easy, we know Obama has no problem getting in front of a camera, just do it Barry! Be a man and do what a herd of blind sheep voted you to do, be PRESIDENTIAL, show some moxy, grow a pair for hell’s sakes.

That is what a true leader would do. If the President had any backbone at all he would denounce these actions and hold a swift sword of justice if it continues. White, black, brown, red, yellow it does not matter, as President of the United States you have the obligation to all people to stop any type of anarchy in this country.

And with his silence, the sound of this country being devided is deafening.
