Glitchy Websites

Glitchy Websites

Has anyone else noticed that some of the more predominant conservative websites are having issues? I wouldn’t think much about it, but when I am working from three different computers, in three different locations, using different browsers, you would think one of them would be fairly stable. I keep getting the “aw snap” from chrome and vapor lock, (no scroll, no nothing), in firefox, don’t even ask about explorer.

Not trying to be a conspiracy theorists here, but it started about six months after the FCC “Net Neutrality” decision.

Then again, maybe its just a glitch on my end I don’t know, MSN and Yahoo seem to run fine and the three hour interactive test I took online last week went off without so much as a blip.

So anywho, I don’t want to name the specific sites by name but one rhymes with Pleasel Flippers and the other rhymes with Space of Shades L2…just sayin’ you kids may be on somebodies list.

Wyoming Principle Cancels “American Pride Day” – American Pride Ensues

Jackson Hole High principal Scott Crisp blamed the results of a student survey and his concerns that some students may feel excluded if they see an American flag for the administration’s decision to cancel “America Pride Day.”

“Three times as many students indicated that they were not in support of selecting the title ‘America Day,’” Crisp told the News&Guide. “I’m charged with looking at a school with 660 kids, and I have to ensure that all those kids feel part of a student body. Regardless of the name of the day, we want to ensure that activities of the week…bring our students together holistically as a student body.”

“Holistically”? Really? Give me a break.

In response to a decision by school officials to replace a previously-held “America Pride Day” with “College Day” as part of this year’s homecoming festivities, a large group of senior students and some juniors protested by bedecking themselves with American flag capes, American flag headbands, American flag shorts and all manner of beautifully and garishly patriotic American flag ornamentation. Good for the students and congrats to the parents who raised them the right way.
Maybe they should holistically fire this guy and get a principle that is willing to support and embrace American patriotism because……ya know….this is America.

The Agenda

The Agenda

Responding to a mass shooting Thursday on an Oregon campus, President Obama, visibly angry and frustrated, said that such incidents had become so routine that “we’ve become numb to this.”

During a brief televised statement delivered at the White House , the president lashed out at those who oppose gun limits by saying that their answer to such tragedies are more guns, not fewer.

“Does anybody really believe that?” he asked, clearly outraged.

Mr. Obama pointed out that states with more gun restrictions tended to have fewer gun deaths, and countries like Britain and Australia with far stricter gun laws have much fewer gun deaths.  “So we know there are ways to prevent it,” he said.
