  1. The patriots in 1760-1770’s overthrew the British for less.
Just pointing it out…no advocating any kind of activity that the people who threw off the yoke of the King’s tyranny, enacted when they took over to prevent the new country’s citizens from acting in a like manner.

  2. You get whatever you will tolerate.
The solution? Start stringing up politicians.
Anywhere and everywhere you find them.
Violence is the only language they will listen to or respect.

  3. Dan and JJ get it. We just keep putting it off because none of us want it. What’s the line in the sand? What’s an infraction gone too far?
The plan for the other side is death by 1000 cuts. Push and push until you get push back, then hold… just for a while, while they get used to it, then push and push and… ( like the first time my wife let me in the back door! rimshot!)

They won’t stop until they are stopped.
We all get that. We all grok that.
When will we act on that? What does that look like? Rule 308 for local collaborators?

… That’s the rub. They work tirelessly being Juuuuust shy of that line that would trigger a response. We only ever talk about the massive response (that isn’t coming) once they cross that invisible line. The analogy of dial vs. switch. What will flip that switch? Are we all waiting for someone else to flip it?
I know we all realize this, but the longer that switch stays in it’s current position, the worse things are going to get and the more work we’re going to have to do to put things right.
Literally harder the longer we wait, and yet we wait, because we really really really don’t want to go there. Meanwhile they’re riding roughshod all over there.
When the Muslim refugee’s are flown over here from the war in Israel and start rioting in our cities, will we finally take our country back?
No, I don’t think so either.

  4. For the first three comments, I believe a lot more feel that way. I believe most of the people raised in this country were raised to be civilized. I was taught voting is everything, that’s where changes are made. It has been a slow burn and now I see voting doesn’t matter. The burn is getting faster.
